SITE RULES

Show Impulse is a service that provides you with tickets to events. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they constitute an agreement between you and Ticket Impulse. By completing the transaction, you agree to the terms of purchase and privacy policy. Please check with the event Promoter for their terms of purchase and return policy. In the event of a conflict between these Purchase Conditions and the Promoter's ticket sales conditions, the latter's conditions shall prevail.

All event-related inquiries should be directed to office@showimpulse.com. 

Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. Venue and talents are subject to change as well. If the event has been canceled or postponed, you are eligible for a refund of face up value. All commissions (booking, service, transaction, processing, delivery, execution) are non-refundable.

The customer is obliged to check whether the event will take place on the scheduled date, time and location. 

Refunds for canceled or postponed events are not automatic. Within five days of your scheduled event date, you must send your order information to office@showimpulse.com to request a refund.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, tickets purchased at the Box Office must be returned at the Box Office.

Return Process - In order to initiate a return request, the customer must contact the Promoter directly as specified in the applicable return policy. If no contact information is provided, the client should contact office@showimpulse.com and we will help contact the Promoter. The Promoter agrees to apply its refund policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on the relevant event page.

Refund Verification - In the event a Promoter fails to fulfill a refund that a buyer believes will be payable under the applicable refund policy, that buyer may request that Ticket Impulse initiate a refund by emailing us at office@showimpulse.com. Show Impulse will review the facts and circumstances and determine if a refund is required in accordance with the applicable refund policy. Ticket Impulse will endeavor to complete the review within thirty (10) days of the customer's request. 

Please note that if an event is canceled or postponed, Show Impulse will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer in connection with travel, accommodation or any other related services. 

Please check the details of your order carefully before leaving. All commissions for services under the tariff plan will be included in the total amount. We are unable to make any changes to your payment plan after your order has been shipped. You must have a valid payment form on file for the entire duration of the payment plan.

The Ticket Holder is aware that the services promised by the Promoter are not guaranteed by Show Impulse and are not a basis for refunds, including but not limited to: VIP services, special drinks, gifts.

We may make changes to these Rules at any time. Any changes we make will be effective immediately when we post a revised version of these Rules on Site. The "Last Update" date above will tell you when these Rules were last revised. By continuing to use Ticket Impulse after that date, you agree to the changes.

All ticket prices for events that take place in the United States are quoted in US dollars. All ticket prices for events that take place in Canada are quoted in Canadian dollars.
