  • First, check the spam folder in your email account to make sure that the email was not sent there. If it has not arrived, please call (347) 244-1525.

  • Yes, there is a fee for tickets purchased at ShowImpulse ticket offices, the income from which covers administrative costs and salaries. Please note that a variety of fees may apply when booking.

  • Yes. Receiving tickets in the form of electronic tickets or mobil tickets is an option that you can choose during the booking process for most events. After purchasing the e-ticket/mob-ticket will be sent to you by e-mail, however, if you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, be sure to check your spam folder. Preliminary adding tickets@showimpulse.com to your address book can also help ensure the safe delivery of your tickets. You will be sent one e-ticket per seat, and you will need to print each ticket before the date of the performance, or save it on your electronic device.

  • For most events, tickets will be shipped within 7–10 business days, but this time may vary.

  • We are sorry there is no refund or cancellation of tickets. In exceptional cases, we can re-issue tickets for sale at least 15 days before the event. If your tickets are successfully sold, a fee of $10 per ticket will be charged. If the event is canceled, you will be refunded 100% of the ticket price. If the concert is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid. Booking and delivery fees are non-refundable. The list of participants and repertoire are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Policies regarding children in the room vary considerably depending on the event. However, children under 5 years of age are generally not recommended. Specific age limits for events can be found on the individual events page. We draw your attention to the fact that if children have problems during the performance, you may be asked to temporarily leave the hall and return during a suitable break.
